Totally different vibes. Tony is super high energy, motivational, huge crowds. Brene Brown is more about vulnerability and shame research. Carolyn is much more focused on practical, high-performance leadership strategies and getting to profitability with balance. It's less 'rah rah' and more 'here's your strategic plan.'

Once you apply, they usually get back to you pretty quickly for an initial chat. From there, it depends on scheduling, but I got my first session booked within about 2-3 weeks after my application was accepted.

I've seen both, but a lot of the masterclasses and smaller workshops are virtual now, especially since covid. For bigger corporate trainings, they do go in-person sometimes, but for individuals it's often online.
